Making jewellery has become a true passion of mine especially after I discovered seed bead embroidery. This technique allows me the freedom to employ a virtually unlimited combination of colors and shapes. Most of my design occurs during the actual work process - prior to starting I only have a general contour in my mind. Everything that then on pops into my head eventually finds a way into either that piece or future pieces.
I've started in crafts at a very young age. My mom taught me how to use a needle and thread to both, design my own clothing and decorate it using various forms of embroidery, owing to which I've done my first bags, toys and jewels. Then in art school I was made to learn various other forms of art, including painting, photography, graphic design and sculpture, but at the same time I was perfecting handicraft on my own. But it's the making of jewellery that became my love and stayed with me until now. Perfecting that art form makes me happy and it also gives me a welcome respite the reality of everyday life.
